Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and has been in the post-frame construction industry since 2010.

After graduating from college, Kurt worked in sales and served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Bahler Group companies.

Since 2023, Kurt has served as President of BG Supply. He is passionate about empowering the customer so they can build with confidence.

Brad grew up in north-central Indiana and graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in business and marketing.

After college, he spent 12 years working for Stryker Orthopedics and Zimmer Biomet, where he focused on business development and sales. 

Brad is the VP of Business Development at BG Supply. He is passionate about building a high-performing sales team, identifying new market segments, and providing leadership with a clear vision.

Brad has been married to his wife, Lesley, for 20 years. They have two children, Avery and Beckett.

He enjoys spending time with his family, attending baseball games, coaching, fishing, hiking, hunting, and traveling. They are members of Northview Christian Church.

Tyler Musk serves as the Operations Manager at BG Supply, bringing 13 years of experience in the post-frame construction industry to the team.

Starting as a laborer, Tyler worked up to leadership roles, showcasing his dedication, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities. He holds an associate's degree in business from Kankakee Community College, which complements his extensive field expertise.

In his role, Tyler oversees the operational functions of BG Supply. He collaborates with internal departments to ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and coordinate deliverables. His work is vital to the company and its success, and he credits BG Supply for contributing to his personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Lauren, have been married for 8 years and are proud parents to their daughter, Adalynn.

Whether enjoying family time or tackling personal projects, Tyler's enthusiasm for excellence shines through in every aspect of his life.

Christopher Hancock brings over 15 years of experience in agricultural construction, specializing in animal confinement projects. With a BS and MS in Animal Science, focusing on Poultry Management, Christopher combines a strong academic foundation with real-world expertise in estimating and project management.

Before joining BG Supply, Christopher served as a Lead Estimator and Project Manager for several companies in the animal confinement space. His well-rounded background includes time in the field, working on the general contracting side, and overseeing all construction phases. This hands-on experience gives Christopher a unique understanding of how each building component comes together.

At BG Supply, Christopher plays a vital role in ensuring our agricultural projects are accurately estimated and thoughtfully designed. His ability to draw from a wide range of experiences helps our team deliver some of the most innovative and efficient ag structures on the market.

Christopher is a proud girl dad who enjoys spending time with his kids outside of work. When he’s not with family, you’ll find him collecting classic video game systems or trying out new foods from different cultures.

Christopher’s deep knowledge of agricultural construction and passion for continuous improvement make him a key part of the BG Supply team.

Kyle Haun brings 11 years of construction industry experience, including 3 years specializing in post-frame, to his role as Material Take-Off Specialist at BG Supply.

From crafting drawings to creating precise building material lists, Kyle is crucial in ensuring our customers’ construction projects run smoothly. His favorite part of the job is problem-solving. He thrives on tackling challenges and finding solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family. He is married and a proud father of two daughters. When he’s not with his family, you’ll likely find him pursuing his passions for hunting and racing.

With 8 years of experience in post-frame construction, Dylan is a trusted resource for customers looking to build or restore pole barns. Whether providing expert advice on building materials or guiding DIYers through the process, he’s on the front line to ensure every construction project succeeds.

Dylan’s honesty, confidence, independence, and extensive knowledge make him a reliable partner for customers navigating their construction needs. Drawing on his construction background, Dylan understands the value of having a knowledgeable guide and takes pride in filling that role.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys basketball and hunting.
